A hop, skip, jump, kick and push (shout out to dem skater boys) away from the city is our hideout dive bar. Tucked in Bushwick, Brooklyn is 101 Wilson. It’s friendly, cheap, and rowdy in the best way possible; one of those places where regulars become friends, groups of friends become super groups, and everyone gets drunk.
On weekends the bar overflows to the sidewalk, and the recklessness is written on the walls, literally. Everyone has left their mark and continues to add to the increasingly graffitied wall. Televisions play through scenes of skateboarding, snowboarding and surfing, while local DJs spin a mix of reggae or hiphop, drawing an obvious type to the establishment.
We caught up with bartending babe Madison as she set up shop for another day at the punk ass watering hole. After sprucing the place up, she got right down to business popping open brews and cooking up hotdogs.
Our drink of choice, aka "cocktail” for the people, is a Bud heavy and shot of whiskey. Did you expect anything else here?

Coco Robert is the type of influencer who sounds good and looks good doing it. At barely 25 the young spin doctor has already traveled the world twice over, amassing a steady fan base and a armful of heavy hitting celeb friends. Her nickname, “hottest DJ at Fashion Week,” isn’t something she just happened upon.
With the world as her musical oyster, and her talent securing gigs like Electric Daisy, Governor’s Ball, MTV VMA’s party and a set during Post Malone’s tour, Coco is not stopping the music anytime soon. We get a chance to hang with NY’s latest musical muse on how she kept the party going on and off stage.

A Spring collection inspired by debauchery, pinup girls and working-class uniforms seems out of place in the penthouse of the plaza hotel, but here we are. After all, there is a bathtub full of Champagne. Eric Schlosberg describes the heroine of his Spring ’18 collection as, “the slutty girl at the bar who, after she seduces you, steals your wallet”. That is until he elaborates.
This season is inspired by everyone’s favorite Baywatch babe, Pamela Anderson. Reinterpreting some of her most iconic looks, seeking to capture a wet hot American summer road tripping across the desert. One of the stand out’s is a reference to her 1999 VMA’s look. Both the fluffy “pimp hat” and the corset made an appearance.
Eric made a point of saying that he chose materials that appear to constrict but are actually very soft. The wife-beater gown is a perfect example. Eric sites Christina Ricci’s cropped biker tee and white panties in Black Snake Moan as inspiration for his key look.
And for the first time, Eric provides Tommy, Pam’s then-boyfriend with a wardrobe as well. His first foray into menswear is very well received. His male model prances around the penthouse suite in looks including an embellished scarf halter top and flared long-johns. Eric’s combination of high-low is the taste of sin we will all be looking for this spring.

I saw an incredible 1985 interview where Grace Jones shut-down an interviewer for questioning her sexuality and orientation. Her response was very powerful and from the heart. She felt that people should act the way they feel and labeling yourself is not necessary. Just because she was masculine didn't mean she was either a lesbian or Bisexual.
The interviewer said that was "quite shocking." I agree with Grace, she is the inspiration for this new editorial out in the new LADYGUNN print issue. Act the way you feel, no matter what other people say.
A few weeks ago I had a lovely shoot with Botanics USA. I helped creative direct this shoot and together, we created some light, airy, spring inspired photos. Super happy to say that the photos are doing very well on their Instagram!
